Yorkie Puppy Contract
All of our new owners must sign a sales contract. The contract basically outlines what we expect from our new owners, and what they can expect from us. The contract includes the purchase price, lineage of the puppy, documentation to be provided with the puppy, and the health guarantee. The contract also outlines the care we expect new owners to provide the puppy as well as our lifetime buy back policy. In most cases, the contract states that the dog may not be bred, is sold with limited registration, and that the dog cannot be sold or given away without contacting us for the right to buy back the dog.
