Surrender Your Yorkie
If you have a Yorkie that is in need of a home, please contact us. We do not want to see any Yorkies in a shelter and we will do everything we can to keep that from happening.
If you have a Yorkie that you can no longer care for, please contact us about surrendering your Yorkie.
We do not buy Yorkies to sell them! If you would like to surrender your Yorkie, we can properly care for your Yorkie and find him a new home.
Here are some things that you need to know:
We do not always have the capacity to take in rescues, but if at all possible, we will.
Any Yorkies that are surrendered to us will be quarantined for a minimum of 7 days before we socialize them with our Yorkies. All surrendered Yorkies will be spayed or neutered, dewormed, and checked by our veterinarian. If you have any medical records for your Yorkie or other pertinent information, such as registration papers, please provide that to us.
Any background you can provide to us would be great. Things like age, where the Yorkie lived, how the Yorkie gets along with people and animals, etc. If you Yorkie has a medical condition or anything special we need to know about, please give us as much information as possible. We will do our own evaluation of each surrendered Yorkie, but a little background is always a big help.
We will not sell any surrendered Yorkies for a profit. We are not brokers. We will do our best to adopt out rescued Yorkies and attempt to recoup our costs only. If we cannot find a suitable home for a surrendered Yorkie, we will continue to treat rescued Yorkies as our own. We will not ever send surrendered Yorkies to shelters!
We never reveal any personal information to anyone. If you surrender your Yorkie to us, it is considered anonymous.
